Infrastructure Security
Hosting and network protection
ViamiOne runs on infrastructure with firewalls, network segmentation, and continuous monitoring in place to limit and detect unauthorized access.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and sensitive data at rest is encrypted as well. Access to encryption keys is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
Access Control
Authentication
Access to ViamiOne and its underlying systems is gated by authentication, with multi-factor authentication required for administrative and internal access.
Least privilege
Employees and contractors are given the minimum level of access needed to do their work, and access is reviewed and revoked when no longer needed.
Application Security
Secure development
Code changes go through review before release, and dependencies are monitored for known vulnerabilities as part of our regular development process.
Testing
We periodically test ViamiOne for security weaknesses and address findings according to their severity.
Data Protection
Backups
Data is backed up on a regular schedule, with backups stored separately from primary systems to support recovery in the event of an incident.
Data handling
Customer data is used only to provide and improve ViamiOne, in line with our Privacy Policy, and is not shared with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the service.
Incident Response
Monitoring and response
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and have a process in place to investigate and respond to security incidents.
